Technique Videos
Now that you have a good understanding of safety and restraint guidelines, it's time to learn and practice hands-on techniques. You will want to practice with another individual. View the videos as many times as necessary in order to master the techniques. Eventually, you will become fluid at the techniques as you obtain muscle memory. If you are participating in this course for certification, remember to schedule your Zoom meeting when you are comfortable with the techniques.
